Course grinding plate perfect for grinding meat.
Fine grinding plate makes a quick bowl of shredded cheese and veggies.
Two different sizes of stuffing tube makes variety of sausages.
HOW-TO
1. Insert the cross-shaped spiral peg into the housing make sure its settled and correctly positioned.
2. Place cross shaped blade on top of the peg aligning its centers.
3. Place grinding plate over the knife, matching the tabs of the plate with the notches of the grinder body.
4. Place the metal ring on body, make sure its securely tightened by turning it clockwise.
5. Insert the accessory into the hub with socket located in the front area of the mixer.
6. Feed handful size of meat or vegetables into the opening.
7. Gently press the meat with the pusher if necessary.
8. Place the stuffing tube in between grinding plate and the metal ring, make sure its securely tightened by turning it clockwise.
9. Start stuffing sausages by placing casing in front of the opening.

Revolutionary

Bought this along with the mixer here. I love cooking but making homemade sausages seemed to much like a big work for me. This works great and love how I can make fresh and healthy UNPROCESSED homemade sausages to suite my taste. Would recommend.
