Dayroom’s buying team is consist of experienced professionals with rich and extensive background knowledge in variety of product categories from home textile, knitted clothing, woven clothing, shoes, kitchen appliances, small electronic goods and so on. Our buying team travel and visit factories on regular basis in order to make sure we find the top 3% of factories with the highest quality standards and ethical working condition.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
All purchases made on dayroom.co except underwear (including bras, sports bras, leggings, panties, boxer briefs and etc.) may be returned in 14 days. Please make sure that items are unworn, unwashed for clothing category and undamaged for other product categories. All items desired to be returned must be in its original condition including all components of original packaging.

When can I expect arrival?
In order to offer the lowest possible price, we work directly with our source of manufacturers worldwide. All products will be shipped directly from the product’s country of origin. However, we still put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible. Usually you will receive your order in 5-12 business days from purchasing date (depending on the category of the items). Wooden, magnetic, and electronic products may take longer for customs clearance.
